These terms cover your use of desertcityhandyman.com, the requests you send through it, and the text messages we send about those requests. By using the site or sending a request, you agree to them.
Who we are
Desert City Handyman LLC (“we,” “us”) provides home repairs, installations, and punch-list help in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona. You can reach us at (480) 771-8286.
Using this site
You may use this site to learn about our services and to send us a service request. Please give accurate contact details, and do not send requests on behalf of someone else without their permission or try to interfere with how the site works.
Sending a request
There is no charge to send a request, and sending one creates no obligation for you to book a visit or hire us. We review each request and follow up about whether the work is a good fit. We may decline a request, for example if it is outside our service area or the kind of work we do.
A visit is a $99 service call, which covers the trip and diagnosis. You get a clear quote before any work starts. The details of any work, including its price, are set out in the quote you approve, not in these terms.
Photos you send
If you upload photos with your request, you confirm that you took them or have the right to share them. We use them only to understand and prepare for your project, and we keep them with your request as described in our Privacy Policy. Please leave out people, documents, or anything else you would rather we not see.
SMS program terms
Desert City Handyman project updates is our text message program for customers who ask to be texted about their request.
- If you check the text message box on our request form, you agree to receive text messages from Desert City Handyman about that request and the resulting project, such as questions about the work, scheduling, appointment reminders, arrival updates, quotes, and follow-up after the job.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of service or of any purchase. You can send a request without checking the box.
- Message frequency varies with your project.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply HELP for help, or call us at (480) 771-8286.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then no further texts unless you opt in again.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
